The terms of this agreement (“Terms of Service”) govern the relationship between you and OrangesGame and its affiliates (hereinafter “OrangesGame” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of OrangesGame’s games, websites and related services (the “Service”). Use of the Service is also governed by OrangesGame’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any OrangesGame website or accessing a game, you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You may also be required to register an account on the Service (“Account”). By using the Service, you represent that you are age 13 or older and you understand and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
BY INSTALLING, USING OR ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICE.
OrangesGame grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license subject to the limitations below to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose. The following restrictions apply to the use of the Service:
1.You shall not create an Account or access the Service if you are under the age of 13;
2.If you are more than 18 years old, you should take full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Service by minors through your mobile devices, including but not limited to the use of your credit card or other payment instrument by minors or others.

5.Your account information is kept in your mobile devices, Apple Game Center or Facebook account. You shall not share the Account or the Login Information, nor let anyone else access your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account, and you will be responsible for all uses of account, including reset of game, sell of in-game properties, purchases, whether or not authorized by you. You are responsible for anything that happens through your Account.
At any time and for any reason, OrangesGame reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates the third party’s rights.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
1.Engage in any act that OrangesGame deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service or make improper use of OrangesGame’s support services.
2.Disrupt or tempt to disrupt, overburden or tempt to overburden OrangesGame’s service, including but not limited to attacking and hacking OrangesGame’s server; cracking and modifying game data; producing, using, publishing or transmitting any plug-in, cheats, bugs, exploits or any unauthorized third-party software, designed to modify or interfere with the Service; Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
3.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service by any means other than the user interface provided by OrangesGame, including but not limited to, by circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any game data, account info, setting, security, technology, device, or software that is part of the Service.
4.Post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, objectionable or offensive, or that contains a link to such content.
5.Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of any person or group.
6.Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, or other right of any person or entity or impersonates any other person.
7.Solicit or attempt to solicit personal information from other users of the Service or any OrangesGame game or collect or post anyone’s private information, including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information through the Service.
Any use of the Service in violation of these License Limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the immediate revocation of your limited license and may subject you to liability for violations of law.
If you are, or OrangesGame suspects that you are, failing to comply with any of these terms of service, without limiting any other remedies, OrangesGame may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to Orangesgame services, with or without notice to you. You can lose your user name, game level, the virtual goods you have got or purchased in game, as a result of account termination or limitation, and OrangesGame is under no obligation to compensate you for any such losses or results.
OrangesGame reserves the right to terminate any account that has been inactive for 180 days.
OrangesGame reserves the right to stop offering and/or supporting the Service or part of the Service at any time, at which point your license to use the Service or a part thereof will be automatically terminated. In such case, OrangesGame shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Services.
You may terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, and inform OrangesGame that you wish to terminate your Account.
All rights, title and interest in and to the Service are owned by OrangesGame (including but not limited to any games, titles, computer code, characters, character names, scenes, items, stories, dialogue, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, music, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile, recordings of games played using a OrangesGame game client, and the OrangesGame game clients and server software). OrangesGame reserves all rights, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with its games and the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that:
1.you shall have no ownership or other property interest in the account, and you agree that all rights in and to the account are and shall forever be owned by OrangesGame.
2.OrangesGame owns all rights of the content that appears in the Service or in OrangesGame games.
3.You have no right or title in or to any content that appears in the Service, including but not limited to the virtual goods or currency, whether earned in a game or purchased from OrangesGame, or any other attributes associated with an Account.
“User Content” means any information that you, or other users upload or send through an OrangesGame game client or the Service, including but not limited to game strategies, threads, chat texts, personal information, images, sounds, and all the material, data, and information.
You shall take full responsibility of all the User Content created by you, and you affirm, represent and warrant that such User Content is
1.not in violation of any laws, or contractual restrictions;
2.not in violation of other third party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, copyright, and privacy;
3.not confidential;
4.free of viruses, advertisements, or other malicious code.
OrangesGame reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, monitor, prohibit, edit, delete, disable access to any User Content without notice for any reason or for no reason at any time.
OrangesGame assumes no responsibility for any User Content or monitoring the Service for inappropriate content or conduct.
OrangesGame cannot guarantee that other users will not use your User Content.
You may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or in line with your expectations while using the Service. You bear all risks if you choose to use the Service. You also should bear all the responsibilities and risks if you choose to interact with other users while using the Service.
You hereby grant to OrangesGame an irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license and right to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, manufacture, commercialize, publish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, transfer, lease, transmit, display, or perform your User Content, or use your User Content to promote the Service by any means.
You may purchase virtual currency, virtual goods or other goods or services in game (“Virtual Items”) with real money, which are non-transferable and non-sublicensable. You are only allowed to purchase these Virtual Items from us or our authorized partners through the Service, and not in any other way. The transfer of Virtual Items and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Service.
Upon the reception of your purchase, we should provide the purchased Virtual Items to you in the Service.
If you are, or OrangesGame suspects that you are, failing to comply with any of the terms of service, OrangesGame may manage, control, modify, change or delete Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. OrangesGame shall have no liability to you or any third party while OrangesGame exercises any such rights.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your Account. All purchases through the service are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge that OrangesGame is not required to provide a refund or compensation for unused virtual items when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary.
OrangesGame may revise the pricing for the Virtual Items offered through the Service at any time and at any case.
OrangesGame reserves the rights to update the Service at any time, with or without notifying you, including but not limited to temporarily stop the service for maintenance, update a new game version.
OrangesGame has the rights to interrupt, stop, or change the Service, and takes no responsibilities for the results of such actions, in the following situations:
1.routine maintenance, update of new game version;
2.the server is hacked, or destroyed by any case;
3.routine maintenance, update of new game version;
4.the factors of natural disasters such as force majeure;
5.the factors of natural disasters such as force majeure;
6.other emergent cases.
OrangesGame does not warrant that you will be able to access or use the service at the times or locations of your choosing; that the service will be uninterrupted or bug-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the game or the service are free of viruses or other harmful components.
OrangesGame shall not be liable to you for more than the amount you have paid to OrangesGame in accordance with these terms of service in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which you first assert a claim.
1.If a dispute arises between you and OrangesGame, we strongly suggest you to first contact us to seek a resolution by email us to feedback@oranges-game.com . The Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by Hong Kong law.
2.OrangesGame may assign or delegate the Terms of Service and/or the OrangesGame Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy without OrangesGame’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you is ineffective.
3.OrangesGame may publish additional policies to the Terms of Service. Your right to use such services is subject to those specific policies and these Terms of Service.
4.OrangesGame shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of OrangesGame, including without limitation any failure or delay to perform hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, war, strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, governmental action, terrorism, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
